Your 4-H club received all final details and instructions at the June 27 leaders meeting. Please review the rules for each department. Exhibits not following instructions will  be lowered a placing or receive a participation ribbon only. The premium book can be found on the fair website. 

NOTE: Face-to-face judging allows for the youth exhibitor to discuss their exhibit with the judge. Even though there may be a waiting line, please keep in mind that the
purpose of exhibiting at the fair and the judging process is the learning that happened with that exhibit/project and showcase of the final projects. Please be respectful of the time the judge takes with each exhibitor.

Advance Season Fair Passes
Season passes are available for $4 to junior 4-H and FFA fair exhibitors (ages 13-18) and/or $10 for 4-H Leaders and parents/caregivers. Passes include parking and may be purchased at the UW-Extension office until noon on Friday, July 22.

2016 Fair Promotion
Create a display (Lawn, window, etc) for your community (using any medium) to promote 4-H at the fair and be entered to win prize money. A fact sheet was given at the April leaders meeting. Cash awards are sponsored by the 4-H Leaders Association and the Fair Association and  given as follows: 1st place – $100 | 2nd place $80 | 3rd place $60 | 4th place $40 | 5th place and beyond will receive $20
