Short and Long-Range Organizational Planning

Extension provides assistance to organizations seeking to develop short to long range plans. This hands-on facilitator role guides teams and organizations through the Bryson method of strategic planning and consensus building for effective decision-making.

Local Government Education Series

Extension can provide local, customized local government education for Outagamie County municipalities’ elected officials. Programming is done in coordination with the Extension Local Government Center.

Organizational Development

Extension provides organizational development to public and non-profit organizations to strengthen local leadership. These programs include board retreats, board leadership, non-profit strategy and board governance.

Extension can also provide graphic facilitation, a creative approach to attendee engagement that utilizes a hand-drawn mural that is created throughout an event or conference with participant involvement.

Generations Training

Extension has certified staff in Generations, an organizational training in how to effectively understand and work with colleagues and volunteers from different demographic cohorts. This interactive half-day training seeks to improve workplace and organizational dynamics and to positively bridge generational gaps.
