2024 Foods Revue Information
The Foods Revue will be hosted at the Outagamie County Fairgrounds on the Action Center Stage on Sunday, June 30, 1-2 pm. This event is open to all 4-H members and Cloverbuds.
Register at https://forms.gle/LQezzG2yjhEmQS1Q9 by June 3.
The following categories will be available:
- Cloverbuds: simple dessert, sandwich, muffin, or snack
- Grades 3-6: appetizer, breakfast item, sandwich, or dessert
- Grades 7-13: appetizer, breakfast item, entrée, homemade soup, or dessert
What is the 4-H Foods Revue? The Foods Revue is an opportunity for 4-H youth to showcase a complete menu and table setting while only having to prepare one food item chosen from the appropriate grade level list.
Youth will need to prepare:
- Food item from categories listed
- Table setting (placemat or tablecloth, napkin, glass, plate, and the silverware needed for your planned meal)
- A centerpiece
- Card with complete menu
- Card with your food item recipe
