Outagamie County will have two Pesticide Applicator testing only dates for Pesticide Applicator Certification for General Farming.

• You will need a to purchase and bring along a copy of the Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator Training Manual ($43) for testing. Manuals will NOT be available at the Outagamie County office. You must purchase from the UW PAT store website at https://patstore.wisc.edu/secure/collection/private/17. Allow 5 business days for shipping.

Registration is required to attend the testing only sessions. Space is limited to 20 people per date and will be first come, first served. Please call Amy Beck at 920-832-1859 to register for testing only.

Also remember to bring a pocket calculator, proof of identification, (driver’s license or photo ID) and social security number.  Cell phones must be turned off during testing.
