Youth Leaders
Outagamie County 4-H Youth Leaders Association is a group of young people who come together to make a difference in their community. Together they plan fun activities to engage in leadership opportunities through recreation, educational experiences, and citizenship. The Outagamie County Youth Leaders Association is led by a board of youth officers who work with adult mentors. Youth Leaders offer meetings and events throughout the year for youth in grades 8 and up.
