Youth Leadership
Outagamie County 4-H Youth Leaders Association is a group of young people who come together to make a difference in their community. Together they plan fun activities to engage in leadership opportunities through recreation, educational experiences, and citizenship. The Outagamie County Youth Leaders Association is led by a board of youth officers who work with adult mentors. Youth Leaders offer meetings and events throughout the year for youth in grades 8 and up.

Ambassadors
4-H members from Outagamie County can explore their own unique sparks and encourage sparks for others through countywide opportunities.
The Outagamie County 4-H Ambassadors will advocate for Outagamie 4-H by supporting countywide events including the Action Center Stage and other Outreach Events. The ambassadors can collaborate with other counties and state ambassador teams to build a strong state-wide program.
The first meeting will be in January. Commitment is one meeting a month (possibly virtual), a winter weekend retreat, and participation in outreach events.
Youth grades 6 and above are invited to apply. Applications will be due by November 15, interviews will follow.
